Since These Formulas Were Originally For Us To Improve Or Retain Our Good Looks, We As A Collective Tested, Tried And Eventually Found/Chose Impeccable Vendors To Choose From. While More On The Expensive Side We Decided To Use Said Vendors Because We Wanted To Use Superior Ingredients To Make Superior Products. Though Cheap/Inexpensive Does Not Always Mean Bad And Expensive Does Not Equal Good, Our Vendor's Prices Are Equivalent To Their Track & Certification Record As Well As Their Manufacturing Process. We Do Not Believe In Using Cheap, Or Inexpensive Ingredients Because This Is The Skin You Are Caring For. It Is A Luxury.     

"Skin Specific"

Some Products On The Market that Label Themselves As Having Different Products For The Different Skin Types Just Have The Same Products Listed Under All Categories. While There Is Nothing Wrong With That, We Decided To Create "Skin Specific" Products Specifically Designed For Each Skin Type. The Ingredients/Product recommended For Oily Skin Will Not Be The Same As The Recommended Product For Dry Skin. The Difference Will Be In The Carrier/Essential Oil Combination For The Face Oils And Body Butters, And In The Clay/Powder Combinations In The Cleansing Clays. We Also Use Skin Specific Recommended Essential Oils In Our Concoctions Instead Of Dried Organic Ingredients Such As Dried Lavender Or Roses Because Essential Oils Are Pretty Much Super Potent Concentrated Versions Of Said Organic Herbs And Flowers. And We Only Use Essential Oils That Are Suitable For Skin Issues, Not Just For Fragrances Or Extra Fillers. So Its Double-trouble On Your Skin Pwoblèm.   

All Natural & Pure ≠ Organic

Also, Most Products On The Market (Skin Care And Food!) That scream All Natural Or Pure Are Not Organic. According To The USDA, There Are Different Guidelines For A Product To Be Certified Organic; And Even Then To Be Certified Organic The USDA Allows For 95% To Be Organic And The Other 5% Be Whatever Else. Although Our Products Cannot Legally Have A Certified Organic Symbol, We Assure You All Of Our Ingredients Are Sourced From 100% Organic Or certified Organic Vendors. Natural/Organic Doesn't Always Equate To Being Better Either, But We Make Sure The Ingredients We Use Are Safe For Skin And Are Recommended For Certain Skin Types By Testing Them On Ourselves First And Then Others Before Releasing. We Are Organic, Not Natural And Pure.

The Ingredients We Use To Develop Our Products Are Sourced From Vendors Whose Oils And Products Are Certified Organic, Kosher Certified, And/Or Non-gmo Project Verified. All Of The Carrier Oils And Butters We Use Are Unrefined And Cold Pressed While All Of The Essential Oils Are Steam Distilled. The Clays Are Naturally Occurring sediments, And The Powders Are Organic And Grounded. The Method Of Extraction And How It Is Refined Is Vital Information To Know. Once Again, All Of Our Ingredients Come From Superior Vendors So We Do Not Create An Inferior Product. 

Cold pressed, NOT expeller pressed

 Cold Pressed Products Go Through A Process Of Mechanical Extraction (Crushing) And Low-temperature Controlled Conditions To Extract The Oil From The Seed, Fruit, Nut, Etc. Unrefined Means The Product Has Had No Additional Refining Or Processing. This Process Guarantees The Best Quality Product And Deems The Oil Exquisite For Cosmetics. Refined Oils Nutrients And Flavors Are Destroyed In The Refining Process. The Cold Pressed And Unrefined Process Helps The Product Keep Its original Scent And Color, Making Sure That The Product Nutrients Are Not Weakened Or Diluted. We Stay Away From expeller Pressed Ingredients Because most Of The Benefits We Need Are Burned Away.

Instead Of Creating One Or Two Concoctions Loaded With A Plethora Of Carrier And Essential Oils Then Advertising It For All Skin Types, We Studied The Extra Mile To Figure Out Which Carrier And Essential Oils Are Deemed Best For Which Skin Type. Once Again Though, All Carrier Oils And Essential Oils Are Great For The Skin, Some Just Attack Other Issues Better Than Others.  

All Of The Carrier Oils And Butters We Use To Formulate Our Products Range From A Very Fast To Average Absorption Rate Along With A Comedogenic Rating That Is No Higher Than Three.
